Penny Williams BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Ron Dryden, Susan Field, Patrick Gilmore, and Rep. Barbara Staggs OTHER REGULAR ATTENDEES: Office of Accountability Staff: Robert Buswell, Matt Hesser and Jerry Hsieh VISITORS: Marilynn McCorkell, Mrs. Kenneth Bridges, Kyle Dahlem, Mr. & Mrs. Terry Davidson, Debra Hull, Ray Pearcey, Jabar Shumate, and Jean Warner Call to Order and Roll Call: Mr. McCorkell called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM and noted that the Board did not have a quorum. Working Dinner: Dinner was provided courtesy of Mr. and Mrs. McCorkell and members and guests spoke leisurely while dining.
